- Pre-booking can be done via phone or email. It is valid for 3 days.
- Booking is valid only after paying deposit of 30% of the total price of the service from the agreed price and after sending the payment confirmation via email.
- The outstanding payment shall be paid in cash upon the arrival date.
Not making the payment is equivalent to cancellation of reservation. In case of cancelling booked stay,
deposit is not returnable. In special circumstances the agreement upon changing the reservation date can be made.
- In case of shortening the booked stay the payment for unused days is not returnable.

For the reservation to be confirmed, the payment of deposit to the account masztalerz.eu is needed.
- We kindly inform that we deposit the amount of 500 PLN in cash, returnable on the departure date.
